What is Run, Walk or Roll for Peace?

 

A Sponsored Fundraising Walk

Participants will self-organize individually or in team bubbles selecting their own safe route.  Participants set their own goals and schedules – how many km they plan to walk, run or roll, what days to walk, etc. Roll can include biking, skateboarding, scootering, “wheelchairing” etc.

Two Weeks to Accumulate Kilometers

Participant registration will open May 1. The Run, Walk and Roll “window”  for accumulating kilometers is May 14  to May 27.

Our Challenge

Overall: Let’s see how many times we can walk the length of Vancouver Island (which, BTW is 460Km).

For each participant:  “Get Five” pledges or sponsors. (See the Easy Way to Get Sponsors Section for help with this)
